Services

A considered plan for your outdoor space.

Each service can stand alone. Most spaces end up using two or three of them together.

Landscape Design

We look at the space as a whole first — how you move through it, where the light falls, and what you want it to do for you — then set out an arrangement that answers those things.

What a client might discuss

  • How you want to use the space day to day
  • What currently works, and what quietly annoys you
  • How much of a change you feel ready for

Patios & Gathering Spaces

The starting point is the furniture and the people, not the paving pattern. Once the table, chairs and walking routes are settled, the surfaces and edges follow.

What a client might discuss

  • How many people you usually have round
  • Whether you want sun or shade at different times of day
  • Furniture you already own and want to keep

Planting Plans

Evergreen and structural planting carries the space through the year, with flowering plants used where they earn their place. Maintenance is matched to how much gardening you actually want to do.

What a client might discuss

  • How much upkeep you want to take on
  • Plants you like, and any you would rather avoid
  • Beds that need to work in shade, or in a dry spot

Outdoor Lighting Concepts

Lighting is planned with the planting, not added at the end. A few well-placed fittings usually do more than many, and darker areas are treated as part of the design.

What a client might discuss

  • When you are actually outside in the evening
  • Routes that need to feel safe after dark
  • Any view you would like to keep lit from inside

What to bring to your first conversation

Nothing formal is needed. These four things make the first conversation much more useful.

  • Photos of your current space, from a few different angles
  • What works well today, and what does not
  • How you would like to use the space
  • Your priorities, and the budget range you have in mind

Not sure which service you need?

That is normal. Describe the space and how you want to use it, and we will suggest where to start.

Discuss Your Space

A first conversation is a conversation — no obligation to proceed.
